DePelchin’s Holiday Project is our annual effort to provide gifts and basic needs to the children and families in our care across Texas.
This year, with the help of donors and community partners, our goal is to fulfill the holiday wish lists of more than 2,000 children served by our Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Lubbock offices.
Each year, individuals and families, and corporate, community, and faith groups come together to spread holiday cheer and make the Holiday Project possible. Please help us brighten this holiday season for our children by sponsoring a child(ren), hosting a donation drive, or helping in one of the additional ways listed below.

Host a Donation DriveDonation drives led by individuals, corporate and community groups, and youth organizations, can help DePelchin provide children and families with the items they need most. From essentials like clothes and diapers to fun toys and games, the items collected relieve financial strain on our families and will put smiles on the faces of our kids this holiday season! |
Volunteer Your TimeThroughout the year, DePelchin has special projects that require the help of volunteers including filling backpacks with school supplies, sorting through holiday gifts, helping with adminstrative projects, and much more. These projects do not require long-term volunteer commitments. Volunteer your time and make a difference this holiday season! |
